We checked out the Lego website yesterday on a whim and got stuck in Lego Land for longer than we expected. We stumbled across an online gallery full of digital designs submitted by Lego lovers. It was fascinating wading through the 3-D models of Lego dream homes crafted by devoted fans. The building shown above was designed by tthuma based on a Miami hotel. This and other fan-designed models are available for purchase through the Lego site.
You can even design and purchase your own Lego creation if you download the Digital Design Software. Apparently, this has been around for some time, but this was our first visit to the Lego gallery. Here are some of the other models that we liked...I have decorated my apartment after spending some time in Paris — after returning to London, I decided that I could not relocate but I could bring a little French style into my new home. It can be a little feminine for some, but I live alone and only had to please myself.
