I would give this hotel 4*, AI.There were good things, but there were also bat things here.
Services were not as expected.
Examples of bad things:
-hard to find someone to speak english
-we changed the room after one day for more than one reason (noise, view, smell) and it was not easy to do this
-we received only 2 small pieces of soap in 6 days
-animation team not so good
-water slides were open only after 11:00 am
-interruption of power was very often (several time in 1 hour) - I assume they had some infrastructure problems
Examples of good things:
- the children pool was nice
- the waiters from restaurant were nice, especially one of them that struggled to make us feel good there
-mini disco was nice
-play ground was nice
Food was good in general, but 2 persons from our group (including me) had severe problems with the stomach. Maybe was not their fault, maybe a bad combination of food, I don't know for sure.
There is more to tell but I don't have the time to write it all. So I will stop here, telling you my conclusion: I will not repeat this experience.
